SmartPD enables teachers to self-enroll, instantly generating class lists for our presenters. Using this tool, we can monitor enrollments and quickly verify attendance lists. Teachers can access and print their own course completion certificates. Most importantly, teachers can avail themselves of a wide array of offerings from other local districts by attending “shared courses”. Working with SmartEDU has been such a great experience. SmartEDU built two online systems for the Lynn Public Schools: one to track our building facility usage and one to track our part-time position worksheets. SmartEDU proved to be a helpful partner in the Southeast Collaborative Regional Organization’s venture to provide access to high quality professional development for all teachers in the region.
